WHY YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE PEPLUM DRESS IN YOUR CLOSET

Hey guys, first of all I think I deserve a little congratulations for trying to provide consistent content don’t you think?😅

By definition, peplum is the pleated strip of fabric that is attached do a dress, sweater, top, jumpsuit etc.

For those who don’t have any peplum outfit or have but never wear, allow me to try and convince you why you should think twice.

It could pass for a two piece

We both know that if you buy a top and skirt of the same colour or pattern there might be a slight difference between them which can be very irritating. The good thing with the peplum design in a dress(especially if it goes all the way round) you could look like your wearing a two piece outfit.

For that hour glass figure

It helps create a curve at the hip while appearing smaller at the waist. If your body shape is straight with a barely defined waist, make sure the peplum detail on your top sits right where your waist is as it will create that much wanted contrast between your hips and waistline. Thankme later.

From Office to Dinner

Peplum dresses can be worn as an official look though it would probably have to be longer than mine. You could even throw on a blazer or coat if you feel like it’s still not complete office-like.

However after work you don’t have to change if you have dinner plans. Just add some jewelery, more make up and probably switch up the shoes and you are ready for dinner with your boo or your friends.
