1. Meatballs
  2. Honey
  3. Ketchup
  4. Soy sauce
  5. Black pepper(any pepper)
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Apple vinegar


Deep fry the meat balls in oil for about 30min-40min until they turn golden brown

Remove the meatballs and put on a plate with tissue to absorb the oil

Take a different sufuria and put oil and let it heat

Afterwards pour the ketchup into the same sufuria and you’ll notice the paste is becoming thick

Add 2 table spoons of honey to the mixture and be careful not to make the paste too sweet but you can taste and know if you want to add so that it’s sweet enough for you

After pouring soy sauce you’ll notice the paste becoming abit dark

Finally add the apple vinegar and keep stiring the mixture for about 3-5min. It gives the paste a sweet and sour kind of taste

Remove the paste and pour it on top of the meat balls

Your end result will look like this

It can be eaten like a snack or served with spaghetti.

NOTE : I have not given all measurements for the paste since it all depends on how sweet youd want your paste to taste just keep adding the ingredients as you taste so that it’s sweet enough for you
